Terms and Conditions

All prospective missions will be reviewed to ensure that the airspace is not/will not be restricted at the time of flight.
If the mission will require OD to fly into controlled airspace, it will be the pilot's responsibility to request permission from the FAA if applicable.
There are certain areas where drone use is prohibited. OD will not fly in these areas.
No flight mission will be done in a manner to create risk of danger or disruption to people, wildlife or property.
If mission will require OD to fly in areas where a request form is required, it will be the pilot's responsibility to provide any such form to the client. Example: Frederick County MD parks require an advanced waiver with certain information about your event prior to authorization.
There are many weather factors that affect drone performance. It will be the pilot's responsibility to ensure no environmental factors exist which would cause risk of safety to life or property.
If a mission is cancelled by OD due to the pilot's assessment of an environmental risk factor, the client will receive a full refund OR the mission can be rescheduled within 30 days.
If a mission is cancelled by the client less than 24 hours prior to the flight time, the client may receive a 50% refund OR reschedule within 30 days.
If a mission is cancelled by the client 24 hours or more in advance of the flight time, the client may reschedule the mission or receive a full refund.
All photos and videos taken during the mission are the proprietary property of OD. The client is paying for the final deliverable product as determined by the agreement. Any photos or videos taking containing images of people will not be used on the OD website or for marketing purposes without signed authorization from the client.
All photos and videos, except RAW, will be individually viewed and edited with software designed to enhance the quality of the image as necessary to ensure a superior product.
The final product will be delivered digitally via e-mail, OneDrive, DropBox, Google Drive... or similar application. Delivery via USB, Flash Drive, or similar device available for an extra fee depending on the cost of the device.
